What we've shipped. Updated regularly.
Discovery, Research, Positioning and Voice each have a clear 'Generate all fields with AI' button, plus individual buttons to generate or regenerate a single field when you want finer control.
See exactly what a generation will cost before you click — and 'Generate all' shows the combined total of the sections it will run, so there are no surprises.
'Generate all research' now produces exactly the same results as running each section individually, and checks your credit balance for the full run before starting.
Fills your empty brand-voice sections (voice, taglines, elevator pitch, key messages, writing guidelines, vocabulary) in a single run, with the real credit cost shown up front.
It no longer mistakes an uploaded file for a new request.
Attachments up to 10 MB are now accepted.
The AI now pays closer attention to who your product is really for. Consumer, education, hobby, creator and nonprofit products no longer get framed as if you are selling to businesses - across strategy, page copy, one-pagers, social posts, emails, pitch decks, playbooks and positioning.
Full-length marketing strategies (including 60 and 90-day plans) now run all the way to completion and save, instead of stopping partway with an interrupted message on the longest runs. The time estimate before you start now shows the real range - up to 45 minutes depending on the plan length you choose.
When you add a competitor by hand in Research, it now appears at the top of the list and scrolls into view, so you can see and edit it right away.
Link KineticLaunch to Claude and read your whole launch straight from the chat: full strategy, campaign calendar, tasks, market research (SWOT, competitors, pricing, gaps), positioning, validation results, and discovery answers. You can also tick off tasks and move calendar entries without leaving the conversation.
A new AI concierge now lives on the site. Ask it anything about KineticLaunch, the free Validator, or KineticCopy - pricing, how it works, whether it actually fits your product. Straight answers, and it can pass you to a human whenever you need one.
The pricing cards now spell out exactly what each plan includes - your Brain AI assistant allowance, KineticBrain MCP and API access on Dominate and up, and a single line for the features rolling out as they ship.
If your account is on a paid plan, the whole app now recognizes it the moment you log in - no more paid features looking locked or your account showing as free.
From the Idea Validator, every paid plan can now send a validated idea straight into full brand and product setup - carrying all your validation insights across, instead of being routed to the billing page.
Competitor research, SWOT, and keyword insights are now backed by real, on-topic sources - every citation is checked against the actual content before it is shown. Fixed cases where citations were missing or pointed to the wrong source.
The step-by-step progress bar now follows the correct order - Strategy, then Launch Bible, then Calendar - matching how your brand actually moves through the pipeline.
When an AI research run times out, you now get a clear explanation and an automatic retry instead of a dead end. If a run still fails, you are never charged credits for it.
Longer AI runs now show step-by-step progress with a realistic time estimate before you click, so you always know what is happening and how long it will take. Your credit balance updates live as runs complete - no more refreshing to see the new total.
Validation Enhancement is no longer limited to select tiers - every paid plan can now use it.
The "free trial" banner no longer appears once your account is on a paid plan.
Cleaned up formatting issues in competitor research results and generated strategy output so they read cleanly instead of showing raw or malformed text.
You can now change your account password directly from Settings instead of needing a reset link.
A dedicated About page introduces the team and product story. The onboarding checklist is now clearer and numbered step by step, so new accounts know exactly what to do next.
A new status page shows the current health of KineticLaunch and its connected services at a glance.
Pushed calendar entries now land on their correct scheduled dates instead of defaulting to today. Both standalone entries and campaign entries respect the original planned date. Requires KineticCopy 2.6.55.
Push All to Copy no longer creates duplicate posts — entries are matched by KineticLaunch ID and updated in place. "Sync from Copy" (renamed from KC Sync) now returns only KC-imported entries, preventing first-day pile-up. Both calendar sync buttons are now icon-only with tooltips. Requires KineticCopy 2.6.54.
The in-app Manual now walks you through pairing KineticCopy with a project step by step. KineticCopy 2.6.53 also fixes synced calendar entries so the Prompt / Brief shows, not just the image prompt.
Calendar push between KineticLaunch and KineticCopy now uses per-project secrets stored encrypted per project. This closes the global-secret bleed where any connected site could receive another projects calendar data.
Brain can now update your positioning fields and create content-calendar entries directly. Every change is staged for your review before anything saves, so you stay in control.
Upload your own materials - briefs, guides, research docs - directly into the Brain document library using multi-file upload. Brain works from your actual content instead of starting from scratch.
Discovery now detects your business type automatically, generates keyword suggestions in your language, and tailors its prompts to your market context from the first step.
Strategy generation now distinguishes between business-level and product-level scope, and picks up sustainability or green-angle positioning when it is relevant to your brand.
Validations are now fully project-isolated so results never bleed across ideas. Send to Branding carries your validation insights forward into the brand setup instead of starting blank.
Planned content on your Calendar can now be exported directly to KineticCopy on your site, keeping your content plan and your publishing tool in sync.
Long strategy runs are more stable and less likely to stall. AI output across the app now arrives with cleaner formatting - less noise, easier to read and use.
Landing page sections now use the full available width for a cleaner layout. The account menu has been reorganised so the most-used options are easier to reach.
The message input no longer locks while Brain processes a response. Type your follow-up right away - it queues automatically and sends the moment Brain finishes.
Brain correctly recognises natural phrasing like add X to my positioning statement or append this to my tagline as editing requests and applies them through its tool pipeline. Previously these were silently misrouted and nothing changed.
Validate ideas freely without them getting tied to a brand or product. Each validation now keeps its original prompt visible so you can refine and re-run it, and Validation Enhancement works on the exact idea you validated. When you are ready, "Send to Branding" lets you pick or create the brand to turn an idea into a product, carrying all your validation insights across. And ideas validated on our free public validator now follow you into your account when you sign up.
Every generated Playbook month now has a "Send Month X to Calendar" button. Dated posts land in their own per-month campaigns with real calendar dates, you choose the start date, and anything you have edited by hand is protected when you re-send a month.
Your Playbook is more than posts - setup work, engagement blocks, reviews and teardowns now arrive in a dedicated dashed "Step-by-step" campaign on the calendar. Email sequences for tools like Encharge show up as one setup task instead of a string of fake dated sends.
Months generated before this update do not need a regeneration. Hit "Extract calendar data" on any generated month and it restructures the existing content for calendar send in under a few minutes, at no credit cost.
Long Playbook runs no longer fail silently near the end, your in-progress work is no longer overwritten by background saves, and the new How-it-works cards, option tooltips and strategy-length hints make the generate flow much clearer.
The Roadmap Items you save from Research and Enhancement are now fed into every Playbook generation as your 6-12 month direction, so each monthly plan builds toward the bigger picture instead of just the current sprint.
Strategy generation now streams and checkpoints every step, so long runs no longer time out or lose work. If a run is interrupted, click Generate again and it resumes from where it stopped instead of starting over. The built-in review that checks each strategy for realism now runs reliably instead of occasionally being skipped, and status messages are calmer and clearer.
Pricing research now picks up any prices or tiers you mention in your product description, even when the structured pricing fields are empty, and validates each tier against the market instead of replacing it with generic suggestions.
Market research, SWOT, and gap analysis now use your specific product and target audience as the lens rather than defaulting to your broad industry label, so the outputs are noticeably more relevant and product-accurate.
Research now flags when your selected industry and your described audience do not line up, and suggests a better-fitting category before you build on a mismatch.
The Enhancement module now has a much larger generation budget and a focus-on-what-matters rule, so it returns complete, relevant output instead of getting cut off mid-thought.
Strategy and research outputs are now tailored to both your country AND your business type. A Danish carpenter and a Danish SaaS company now get completely different platform recommendations. Fully supported: DK, US, UK, DE, SE, NO, FI, NL, BE, AT, CH, FR, ES, IT, PT — each with researched platform lists and market behavior signals. Coming soon: AU, CA, IE, PL, SG.
Strategies now include country-specific behavioral context alongside platform recommendations — consumer trust patterns, dominant payment methods, review culture, and regulatory notes (GDPR enforcement levels, CNIL, Datatilsynet etc.). The research layer now also verifies and expands on the platform list rather than just accepting it.
Open any flow and click "Edit with Brain" — Brain now reads every email in the sequence before responding. No more generic advice: it rewrites with full context of what you already have.
Every generator in the app now operates under a strict first-draft quality rule: no warm-up, no hedging, no "you can adjust this" — final-quality output on the first pass.
Two new tabs in Marketing Assets. Sales Page Copy generates conversion-focused page copy tied to your strategy. Lead Gen Copy produces opt-in landing page content with your brand voice baked in.
Archive flows you're not actively using without losing them. Switch between Active and Archived tabs on the Email Flows page.
Upload a PDF to the Content Engine and Brain will extract and use its content as context for your content generation.
Export any Brain conversation as a PDF from the chat header. Useful for saving strategy sessions, research outputs, or email reviews.
Run a simulated customer development interview with AI personas that mirror your real target audience. Extract insights and objections before you talk to a single real customer.
The Enhancement module on the Validator page now stores its own data independently — no more overwriting your main validation results.
New tool in the Validator section. Research keywords with dual-source data, see search volumes, competition levels, and content angles — all tied to your positioning.
The punchy, founder-to-founder Brain voice is now the standard tone across every Synth output in the app — playbooks, marketing strategy, calendar copy, assets, and more.
Marketing Assets now selects your project and strategy first, above the asset tabs. Every asset generates with your full strategic context — not just the brief.
See your license status, tier, usage, and limits in one place. Accessible from your account settings.
Connect your own Anthropic API key to bypass platform credit limits. Settings → API Keys.
Brain can now architect, write, and rewrite full email sequences. Sequence Architect mode generates structured multi-email flows tuned to your audience and goal.
Dedicated sections for Brand DNA (mission, vision, values, tagline) and Voice & Positioning. Everything Brain generates now pulls from these as the source of truth.
